During my recent corporate retreat at Best Western Royal, I found the hotel to be a mixed bag of experiences. the room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located at street level for easy access. the amenities nearby, including Walmart and food places, added to the convenience. the breakfast offered a decent selection, with biscuits and gravy being a personal favorite. However, the unprofessionalism displayed by a staff member during check-in marred an otherwise pleasant stay. This incident shed light on potential training shortcomings within the hotel chain. In terms of business amenities, the 24-hour business center and complimentary newspapers in the lobby were helpful for staying updated. the free Wi-Fi facilitated remote work, and the fitness center provided a much-needed break. the seasonal outdoor pool and flat-screen TV were nice additions for unwinding after a day of work. Overall, Best Western Royal offers a decent option for business travelers, with room for improvement in service quality.
